I. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International Shipping

Global shipping is available. Eligible countries/regions and corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check local customs policies before placing an order.

II. Shipping Fee Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, volume, and the destination country. The system will automatically generate a quote at checkout.
Some countries/regions may be temporarily unserviceable due to logistics restrictions. Please refer to the order page for details.

III. Order Tracking and Logistics Inquiries

Once the item is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you.
You can track your order via the Shopify order backend or the official websites of logistics providers (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).

IV. Handling of Delays and Exceptions

Uncontrollable Delays

The merchant shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (such as weather, holidays, logistics peaks, customs inspections, etc.).

Incorrect Addresses

Shipping Fee Liability

  • For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, the shipping fee shall be borne by the merchant (photo/video proof is required).
  • For returns due to personal reasons (such as disliking the item, incorrect size), the shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Refund Timeline

VI. Other Instructions
